G.W. Savage Corp is the states most experienced trained structural drying contractor. We have more than a dozen technicians that are IICRC certified in ASD (Applied Structural Drying) and WRT (Water Restoration Technician).

We have nine fully equipped drying trailers. Each trailer is equipped with enough equipment to dry a saturated building of 5000sf+/-. Our Water Out^® trailer can dry a saturated building of 14,700sf+/-. With our network of Water Out^® dealers we have access to additional trailers within a 12-24 hour period which enables us to dry any building in our coverage area.

We dry buildings "In Place", "Top Down", or "Vortex". These methods mean that we dry everything in place, drywall, carpet, contents, cabinets, baseboard, etc. all stay in place while we dry the structure/contents. No demolition is done, rarely is any restoration needed. The faster we are notified, the more likely this will be the case, saving you money and less inconvenience with restoration work.

DRYING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE 21ST CENTURY

Water Out^® is a patented drying system. So new that a new terminology needed to be developed to describe the process. CONVECTANT, a term exclusive to the Water Out technology.

Water Out^® is an "open" drying system. This means that Water Out^® uses outside air, not recycled air to dry buildings and contents. Outside air is brought into the Water Out^® trailer where is is conditioned to a super dry 2% RH (relative humidity). A desert averages 20% RH. That fresh, outside air is brought into the flooded building and circulated throughout. Before that dry air can be exhausted from the building it has absorbed huge quantities of water, odors and mold spores. The moisture is sent outside with ZERO recirculation. Fresh, dry air in...wet, musty air out.

The fact the Water Out^®'s patented drying technology is the fastest way to dry a building has been proven again and again. In tests done in the United States and England at IICRC certified facilities and by independent scientists, Water Out^® has removed more water, faster, from flooded buildings than any other process. Water Out^® was tested under "real life" conditions in the frigid cold and in humid and hot temperatures. Conditions we meet in real life floods.
